Our Commitment to Locally-grown Tropical Flowers
Supporting our local community is important to us. That’s why no longer sell roses or spring flowers. Did you know only 10% of roses sold in the US are grown in the US? We believe in keeping our sourcing local—supporting Hawaiʻi flower farms, reducing shipping impact, and offering the freshest, most vibrant blooms rooted in our ʻāina. However, we are currently unable to locally-source several varieties of orchids but we’ll keep trying!

Business Hours:
We are available by phone from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM HST Monday through Saturday (HST is three hours behind Pacific time). We are closed on Sunday.
Delivery Rates and Service:
For the majority of west Maui, our standard local delivery fee is $12. Delivery to Launiupoko is $25. A bell tip is required for hotel delivery.
We are available for delivery Monday through Saturday.
Minimum order for delivery is $65 (minimum order for Launiupoko is $125). Credit card orders have a 3% service fee.
Our delivery team takes great care to ensure that every bouquet arrives in perfect condition. We understand that the timing of a delivery can be as crucial as the arrangement itself, which is why we try to offer flexible delivery options.

Delivery Only:
We are delivery only and currently do not have a pick-up location.
Substitution Policy:
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designer may make appropriate substitutions of flower due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo but will maintain the overall feeling and style of the arrangement. We hand select the best flowers available to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value.
Cancellation Policy:
If a customer places an order and needs to cancel for any reason, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery date (subject to a 10% cancellation fee). No refund can be issued if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of an incorrect address, a redelivery fee ($20) may be charged if in our delivery area. If the corrected address is beyond our delivery area, no refund will be issued.
